Our body is our home and stores every emotion that we don´t allow ourselves to feel, and that hidden stress can cause physical symptoms or diseases. You will be able to identify, understand, accept, thank and release those emotions at your own pace.
You will gently free yourself from feeling stuck, from addictions and coping mechanisms, and will be able to have healthy relationships with yourself and others, and live the life you want.
ABOUT ME
As a Compassionate Inquiry certified practitioner and attachment and trauma informed therapist. I can support you in your journey towards unlocking your life´s full potential, whatever that means for you.
The goal is for you to set, and I can accompany you while you reconnect to your authentic self, your essence.
My intention is to witness and hold space for you, while you gently free yourself from old patterns and beliefs that are keeping you stuck, through presence, self love, connection to your body and your emotions, in a non judgemental environment of utmost respect, safety and validation, were you can be vulnerable and heal with compassion, curiosity and fun.
